The term mentor really should be called Space Holders, because that's what we do. As a Space Holder, we act as sacred stewards to the Divine, as open channels for inspired messages, emanations, wisdom teachings, and energetic services that assist you in embracing the changes necessary as you move through life’s challenges and changes.
Our journeys will take us on many crazy often painful experiences. These challenges are often referred to as spiritual initiations. No one is spared these struggles, and often these are necessary for the soul's evolution because, in fact, this is the way to true ascension, this can be called the path of the Magdalene, the divine feminine, but at the end of the day it's the path towards LOVE, and what we mean is that it leads you back to the heart. Here at this place is where all the mysteries can be found, this is the chamber of the ALL-knowing, the Divine, and the Cosmos.
The journey from the mind to the heart can be challenging. Trust me when I say I have been brought to my knees several times. I won’t sugarcoat it. Had it not been for my training, support, and mentor, I would not have been able to perceive the lessons behind them.
Each experience/initiation contained morsels of light, and when I learned to perceive with my heart, trust, surrender, humility, and grace, something magical occurred. I was then able to navigate my challenges and see the divine wisdom. Each situation had a lesson for me to illuminate, reveal, and alchemize into treasures—yes, treasures—because that's what they are.
Life will always test our resilience, faith, devotion, and most of all our ability to truly LOVE ourselves and others. It takes tremendous courage to be here on Earth during this evolutionary cycle - ASCENSION- because it's teaching us how to LOVE WITHOUT CONDITION, which has not been present on the planet and it isn't something we have experienced in our lives. So ascension is the process of untangling ourselves from the lower egoic constructs, the pain, the judgments, the anger, the resentments we carry, and burying deep down inside, all the things we dare not see. This is why It takes courage to show up for ourselves, to do the work to release ourselves from all of these unconscious behaviors, and patterns. It is the only way to heal our wounds. It takes humility, honesty, self-reflection, accountability, forgiveness, and most of all SELF LOVE.

Embracing The Shadow -
Embracing your shadow is your biggest gift!! It is the art of divine alchemy.
Shadow Work will be a valuable spiritual practice that will assist you as you move through the spiritual awakening process.
Many are either not ready or terrified of doing shadow work as I once did. However, you may not realize the benefits of doing shadow work and how embracing your shadow is your biggest gift.
Shadow Work is also referred to as shadow clearing or emotional wound clearing.
Each one of us has an accumulative shadow body that stores traumatic experiences and emotional conflicts. These are just unresolved, repressed, or ignored issues like pain, fears, judgments, or unconscious beliefs that keep one stuck in lower mind patterns of separation consciousness/duality. The shadow is our wounded selves. This shadow self is the part of our psyche that we consider negative and undesirable. It is the story we tell about ourselves operating in the background. It is important to remember this lower ego self is essentially just a mental construct one has created about one’s identity. The labels we have identified with, good or bad.
Shadow work is quite uncomfortable and difficult because it entails us looking at all the ways, some more obvious than others, how we navigate in our world.
The practice of Shadow work requires us to integrate and accept the things we keep hidden or that we tend to judge or dislike about ourselves.
This requires honest inquiry and self-love and it is the most difficult spiritual work you will do. But it will change your life.
